My husband and I just returned from The Riu Palace in Costa Rica. It was a 5 star holiday from beginning to end. In fact, the experience was great way before we even left! Sarah looked after all the arrangements, booked us a fabulous ocean view suite and explained everything we needed to know to make a week celebrating our 35-wedding anniversary just perfect! She even booked our seats for us...which were perfect. Thank you, Sarah, for helping a nervous traveler like me not have anything to worry about for a whole week!

So far I have booked four vacations with Sarah and she has always gone above and beyond my expectations. Booking with Sarah at Barefoot Travel was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She was easy to get a hold of and always answered us back within minutes with our endless questions. She was able to get my mother-in-law a room that took care of her mobility issues. Sarah arranged a beautiful room and we were delighted to be greeted to a beautiful room with a bottle of wine, a fruit tray and decorations. We were also surprised later on in the trip with some more treats on our anniversary. The hotel was fabulous and I would recommend her service and the hotel to all my friends and family. Working with Sarah was great! She booked our Honeymoon at Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica. I have never booked a trip myself before, and after spending countless hours looking online at different resorts, and with our wedding day creeping up, I decided to contact her. (A client of mine had referred her to me) After a couple phone calls with Sarah, our honeymoon was booked and we didn’t have to worry about anything! She made the process very easy and stress free. We will definitely book our next trip through her.

Sarah is always so patient with our group of friends and our relentless questions; back and forth e-mails, cost comparisons, weather information and changes in dates and other info. Love love loved our ocean view room this year....there are no words but 'the best'.
