Booking with Sarah at Barefoot Travel was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She was easy to get a hold of and always answered us back within minutes with our endless questions. She was able to get my mother-in-law a room that took care of her mobility issues. Sarah arranged a beautiful room and we were delighted to be greeted to a beautiful room with a bottle of wine, a fruit tray and decorations. We were also surprised later on in the trip with some more treats on our anniversary. The hotel was fabulous and I would recommend her service and the hotel to all my friends and family. My husband and I just returned from The Riu Palace in Costa Rica. It was a 5 star holiday from beginning to end. In fact, the experience was great way before we even left! Sarah looked after all the arrangements, booked us a fabulous ocean view suite and explained everything we needed to know to make a week celebrating our 35-wedding anniversary just perfect! She even booked our seats for us...which were perfect.
